CalibraMet LLP verifies, adjusts and seals petrol and diesel dispensers at fuel outlets across India — and leaves you with the certificate an inspector will ask for.
Testing against traceable working standards, on your forecourt, without shutting the outlet for the day.
Dispensers are the whole business, and everything around them that decides whether a litre sold is a litre delivered.

Stamping validity is tracked for each unit and we come back before it lapses, so a due date never turns into a shutdown notice.
Reminders 45 days ahead
Pre-commissioning checks on freshly installed dispensers so the first litre sold at a new site is already inside tolerance.
Before the first sale
Dip-to-volume charts for underground and above-ground tanks, so stock reconciliation stops arguing with the dip rod.
Dip-to-volume tables
Bulk meters, pressure and temperature instruments checked and documented alongside the dispensers on the same visit.
One visit, one report set
Verification certificates, test records and seal registers issued in a form your oil company and the department both accept.
Digital copies retained
Four steps, usually inside a single working day for a standard four-dispenser outlet.
Share the outlet code, number of dispensing units and nozzles, and the dates that suit your sales pattern.
Each nozzle is run into a 5 L standard measure, repeated at high and low flow, with readings recorded as they happen.
Units outside tolerance are corrected on the spot, then sealed with numbered security seals logged against the unit.
You receive the verification certificate and test record, and the next due date goes into our reminder register.
Nozzles stay out of service only for the minutes they are being tested, so the forecourt keeps selling while we work through the units.
Book a verificationField teams operate out of regional bases so a highway outlet is not a three-day trip. Multi-state dealer networks are scheduled as one programme with one point of contact.
Running a chain of outlets? Send the list once and we build a rolling calendar around each site's stamping validity, then report progress against it.
A Government Approved Test Centre is authorised to carry out verification work on behalf of the Legal Metrology department. In plain terms: the testing, adjustment and sealing your dispensers need can be done by us, on your forecourt, and the paperwork stands up.
Records are retained on our side too, so a lost certificate is a phone call rather than a fresh inspection.
Tell us where the outlet is and how many nozzles are on site. We will come back with a date and what it costs.
